Employment of an Early Years Coordinator, manages the Play Café Program, liaise with families of Kindy and Pre Primary to establish regular attendance patterns, provide support for encouraging families to enrol children and to access early intervention strategies for speech, occupational therapy and hearing, engage community involvement in the early years, work collaboratively with staff to plan and implement an intensive kindergarten to Year 3 literacy and numeracy program.
